14” x 11”

This pale pink rose was from a bush I planted in my backyard when I lived in Windsor, California. It ended up growing about 7’ tall (it was a freestanding bush, not a climber!) and for about nine months a year it produced huge, lush, intoxicatingly fragrant flowers. I loved how it looked next to the agapanthus in that garden.

This original, one of a kind pastel painting ships mounted on foamcore and wrapped in tracing paper to protect the pastel drawing. It arrives with a pre-cut white mat and self-adhesive spacers to mount on the back of the mat to keep it raised slightly from the painting surface itself, one technique recommended when framing a pastel (instructions are included). The matted painting will fit in a standard 20" x 16" frame to make it easy to frame. (Frame is not provided.)
