Besides being an artist, I'm also trained as a medical and clinical hypnotherapist. In that role I often take my clients on guided visualizations to help them transform issues and challenges they have. When I do this, I'm using words to paint inner images that allow people to go inside, into themselves.
With so many people feeling anxious during this coronavirus pandemic, I wanted to find a way to do something helpful. Partly I do that by posting images of my paintings. But I also decided to start making mini-meditations that people can listen to in order to take a pause from what's happening in their lives and give them a chance to reset.
